Welcome to Longevity Pilates!  Our beautiful studio is located at 16 Grove Avenue, Verona, NJ, minutes away from Livingston, Montclair, Maplewood, Short Hills, West Orange and Caldwell.

We know that many people find walking into a health club or Pilates Studio intimidating.

At Longevity Pilates, our goal is to offer you a warm, nurturing, non-threatening approach to fitness whether in a group or private setting. It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional athlete or a retired Grandmother, the power of Pilates will enhance your performance and change your life. Our certified Pilates instructors will put together a private or duet session specifically designed for your individual needs.

We are the first studio in Northern NJ to offer group classes on the fabulous new EXO Chair, and check out our new Cardio Chair, Jumpboard and  Zumba classes!
